Dubbs Vision Investment Group is a multi-industry investment company committed to intentional, tactical, and wise asset acquisition in an ever-changing global economy.
Founded in 2006, DVIG has not only survived two major economic recessions, but thrived through them. Our balanced portfolio is spread across multiple industries- real estate, construction, labor services, entertainment, music production, agriculture, health and nutrition- and growing every year. We built an all-weather portfolio to take the guesswork out of investing for sustainable growth.
Given the new surge in urban gentrification that excludes participation by black and brown community members, we stand as a proudly black-owned, diversely staffed, and grassroots-focused team. DVIG is driven to empower local ownership, to give back power to the people. We believe in keeping community assets within the community they come from, not selling out to outside interests.

About our founder
Will
Will Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Dubbs Vision Investment Group, a multi industry investment company. Founded in 2006, the grassroots focused initiative has thrived in the investment field of real estate, design and construction, entertainment, agriculture & and health, and nutrition.
Will was born and raised in Washington Heights a inner city neighborhood in New York. It was here that he realized the importance of education and hard work. It was here that his single mother of three instilled the values of independence. It was there he gained the vision and passion for entrepreneurship. His leadership qualities served him well in his personal life as well as business.
With strong alliance in place and extensive experience as an entrepreneur, Will is able to be a mentor to others and help numerous communities. Now moving into real estate development, establishing new relationships and new financial partnerships to expand the operation overseas.
